Christmas so far...
Zach is very funny! At our neighborhood Christmas Party, one of the neighbors was nursing her baby. Zach asked her what she was doing. She said she was feeding Henry. Zach replied with a big grin... can I see his food?? Another neighbor said when they first moved in, Zach came over an introduced himself, gave her grandson an Article of Faith card and invited him to church. What a good little missionary!

This is a slide show of Zach's 5th birthday. I made it a while ago, I just didn't know how to get it on the blog. Well, now I know. Zach started kindergarten. His teacher is Mrs. Anderson. He is really smart. Things seem to come easily to him. It reminds me a lot of his big brother Jacob. He really likes school, especially the social aspect. The minute he gets home from school he wants to go play with friends.

Meet Zach
Meet Zach...Zach will be 5 years old July 10, 2008. All who know him will agree he is an amazing child! Zach's favorite thing to do is work. It's strange but true. He also enjoys swimming, playing with his friends, telling interesting stories (I hope no one believes them), talking, and he really enjoys telling people what to do... including his parents. He is a leader. His favorite color is red, an appropriate color for his personality.
Zach has four older siblings. Jacob (almost 13), Sara (11), Emily (almost 9), and Katie (6).
Recently Zach asked if he was adopted...I happily answered,"Yeah" and gave him a thumbs up. He looked pleased. A few minutes later he asked, "Mom, what's adopted ?" I answered with a smile. "It means we got to choose you!" and gave another thumbs up. He looked very pleased.
We are very thankful to Zach's birth families for the opportunity we have to raise such an amazing, energetic, crazy, funny, friendly, happy little boy. We have created this blog primarily for his birth families to enjoy. Thank you so much!
